Return Policy

• All returns must be authorized by Tommie-Anne Faix, by sending an e-mail to tfaix@sname.org or by calling 201-499-5068
• Only publications that are in saleable condition will be accepted as returns (in original plastic wrap and not damaged)
• There is a 25% restocking charge on all returns
• All returns must have been purchased within the last six months
• Must provide a copy of the invoice with return
  
  Any returns that do not fill all of the above criteria will be refused/returned to the book distributor/customer.
